Seems I have a problem getting the key to the parcel locker, when I have a package delivered. Seems my neighbor is having the same problem. After Years of one certain mail carrier throwing away our mail, keeping our mail in her car for days claiming she knows nothing of it, only to put it back in my box. after years of mail theft. we now have another TERRIBLE delivery person. The attorney we met with realized how powerful the postal system is, they can fail to deliver your bills, your income, your medical supplies, in retaliation and no one will take on the US postal service. I suppose I am stuck with dealing with inadequacy and lack of concern. For now. My option being an actual PO Box. It may be what's needed, I was younger for round one. Im not up to dealing with stupidity and a lack of Pride of Performance. Or possibly, as was the first mail carriers problem, a drunk. I am NOT happy. One time putting key in another persons box. 'oops'. Stuff happens... Twice? and finding out Im not the only one? problem!
Postmaster at this location is awesome, the one counter worker is awful and always angry and my route delivery worker is an absolute joke.
I have had two incidents so far this year and neither one has gotten resolved. First time at the beginning of 2017 one of my packages were lost in the mail although it says it was delivered at my door. The second incident happened mid june with my packages left on my door step in the rain ruining my purchased product. Went to the post office and have yet to here from them with a solution. Not a happy customer at all !
The post master is wonderful here, don't get me wrong. It's the sorting and delivery process as well as the customer service of one of the postal workers on the other hand is definitely not. My mail constantly gets stolen, misplaced, or not delivered for days. I get nothing for a week even though amazon says my package has been delivered. Finally I will get a slip to pick it up at the office. My mailbox has been vandalized as well as run over on several occasions OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS. My delivery worker refuses to let me move it acrossed my driveway to a safer location. One I can monitor easier, due to her route not allowing her to stop 15 ft sooner for my box opposed to my neighbors 3 boxes. (Aka: lazy) The lack of empathy for my mailbox and mail is appalling, if it was her box she'd be up in arms I'm sure but since it mine it's no skin off her teeth.
I just want to get my mail and packages SAFELY and not have to shell out hundreds of dollars every month on buying lockable mailboxes that continue to get smashed in.
the ladies that work in the post office are always EXTRA nice. they go out of their way to be helpful. they feel more like friends, than someone just "doing their job". always a pleasant experience!
